Dohrnii Elects a New President and Releases the Academy App
Palau, February 24th, 2023 — Dohrnii,
The world’s largest independent crypto education project, announced today that Khalat Yousuf will be the president of the new company and any resulting group companies with immediate effect. Neither the new company nor the worldwide group companies have anything to do with the Dohrnii Foundation in Zug, Switzerland, as their domicile or the Dohrnii token (DHN).
Dadvan Yousuf served as Chairman of the Board of the Foundation from the founding of Dohrnii in 2021 until mid. 2022. Under his leadership, Dohrnii has become a world-leading company in the field of education. Dohrnii was also a technological pioneer in crypto education and Web3. As a representative, Dadvan Yousuf will focus primarily on innovations and long-term corporate strategy.

Khalat Yousuf is a co-founder and was Vice President of the Board of Administration of the Dohrnii Foundation from March 2021 until mid. 2022. Since joining the Dohrnii project in 2021, Khalat Yousuf has also held various other leadership positions: Mr. K. Yousuf has successfully managed the company’s operations.

In March 2021, the idea was born to promote knowledge transfer in the opaque crypto industry by developing a central hub for education. A vision that Dohrnii has been standing for almost two years. A utopian idea whose achievement was much further away than originally assumed.
For a long time, the Dohrnii project has had nothing to do with the originally founded Dohrnii Foundation in Zug. Rather, the project has become independent and has mutated into a community project.
The launch of the Dohrnii Academy brings fundamental changes to the project. We will now address these changes:
- Permanent Updates: The release of the Dohrnii Academy now brings weekly and monthly updates to optimize the ecosystem daily.
- Integration of Web3: The blockchain component as well as the “Earn-by-Learn” feature will be added to the Academy in further updates.
- Initiation of DAO functionality: Since the completion of the Dohrnii Academy, the community, together with the group’s president, will make the most important decisions for the further course of the new project. The initiation of DAO functionality will be incorporated into the Dohrnii Academy.
- Roadmap: At this point, the operational continuation of Dohrnii aims to further develop the Dohrnii Academy, announce new partnerships, and list the native token of the Dohrnii ecosystem on various trading platforms. A corresponding roadmap will also be published.
5. Dohrniiform Labs: The development company operating in the autonomous region of Kurdistan will drive the development of any projects of the group in the future. The entire development team of Dohrniiform Labs operates from Kurdistan and currently consists of a ten-person development team.
The structuring of the Dohrniiform Labs team began a month ago, and the current development team is now part of the new Dohrnii project and employed full-time. In the past, Dohrnii has collaborated with various developers, and the first version of the Dohrnii Academy (final: 70%) will be made open-source. This version took about eight months to develop, and blockchain components are integrated and available for anyone to view and use.
Despite having a 70% completed first version, we have decided to develop a completely new application. We also decided not to use the technology from the previous application and involved the Dohrniiform Labs team from the beginning.
We encourage the crypto community to copy Dohrnii Version 1 and promote mass adoption in the education sector. We hereby make the complete first version, which we financed and has integrated key components, open-source on GitHub.
The current version released on the App and Play Store was developed in less than a month and will be optimized daily from now on. Dohrnii has managed to set up a functional in-house development team in a short amount of time. From this announcement onwards, all development work will take place internally through Dohrniiform Labs.
The native token of the Dohrnii ecosystem will be integrated into the Dohrnii Academy and will bring additional usage possibilities.
This is a turning point in the Dohrnii project — a reversal that serves the original idea’s main purpose.
